1. I'm currently wearing size 4, what size should I order?
Our design is a bit oversized- if you're wearing US size 4-6, you should choose size S. Please read each product description for specific details.
2. What are the shipping methods and charges?
For orders over $200, we provide free shipping. Please click here for more shipping info.
3. What is the return procedure?
Please view our Return Policy here. If your purchase is qualified for a return, please email your return request to contactsupprot@stolenheart.us. If an item is marked as final sale, it is not eligible for return.
4. How long will standard shipping take?
It takes up to 5-7 business days to arrive at your address. We will provide a tracking ID as soon as the order is processed.
5. Can I return a Sale product?
All items marked with "*This item is final sale*" are not eligible for return. Flash sale items or sale items on sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, but are available for sizing exchanges.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we accept all international orders and provide free shipping for all orders over $200 worldwide.
7. How do I know my order status?
An email address is required to place your order. We will email your order confirmation once your order is placed. A notification will be sent once your package is delivered, and you can view your tracking ID to locate your shipment.
8. I found a great item, but it is out of stock. When will it become available again?
It depends on our production plan; you can email us at contactsupprot@stolenheart.us to get updates on the status, or submit an out of stock update request for the specific product on it's given page. If we are able to replenish the inventory, we will notify you.
